WHO I AM

First things first, thank you for visiting my page. If I had to choose 3 simple things that summarize what I like to do everyday, it would be creating happiness, moving and staying active, and spending quality time with others. The best way I’ve found to do all 3 of those things is through teaching movement and therapeutics. I find myself constantly curious about how and what can positively move me physically, emotionally, and mentally and I truly believe moving our bodies in a pain-free way is what nature intended us to do. 


My movement style can be different and change day to day, and I like it that way because I believe varied movement is important. My typical flow is a unique blend of movement inspired by many of my favorite ways to move including acroyoga, partner acrobatics, yoga, dance flow yoga, buti yoga, aerial yoga, dance, postural therapy, functional movement, animal flow, pilates, muay thai, therapeutics, thai massage, zen thai shiatsu, and much more. 


I believe that sharing, listening, and connecting with each other can help us to move through life together. Positivity, happiness, and mental health are all very important to me, so get ready for some more of that good stuff!
